When bacon-wrapped figs (pictured at a June 20 storytelling event sponsored by New York Magazine and WeWork) are outlawed, only outlaws will nosh on bacon-wrapped figs.

    Wow. So many things to say here. I guess I’ll leave it at one. By excluding meat from expenses and corporate events, you are almost certainly excluding meat-eaters considering working for the company. I am a strong believer in diversity in a workforce, and discouraging meat-eaters from employment, you are limiting your diversity. Now, meat-eaters aren’t a protected category, but one would think an international company would benefit from the perspective of meat-eaters.

    Silly? Yes, but that is what WeWork has come to.
