    Thank your for pulling all of this together, Felix. I’m sure it’s just the tip of the iceberg, but it gives the rest of America a bitter taste of how the wealthy and privileged operate, often illegally or at least unethically (I’m looking at you, Bill Gates) to play in this club of the stratosphere.
